Where We Ship
We currently ship to all regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery time is 8–15 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to product availability, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Standard Shipping: 15.00 SAR
Free shipping on orders of 100.00 SAR and above
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or Email. You can use this number to track your order on our Track Your Order page.
Customs & Duties
All our products are shipped within Saudi Arabia. No customs duties or import fees apply to domestic orders.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer support team and we will investigate immediately.
