Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this window, your order will have been forwarded to our fulfillment partner and cancellation will no longer be possible.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Intimate items such as jewelry worn directly on skin
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will offer a full refund or free replacement at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
